CSH - Water Soluble Cd-Free Core/Shell Quantum Dots at 530nm, 580nm and 655 nm
CSH is a group of water soluble alloy ZnCuInS/ZnS or CuInS/ZnS core/shell quantum dots with amphiphilic polymer coating. Their reactive group is carboxylic acid. The zeta potential of CSH is from -30mV to -50mV. Their organic layers consist of a monolayer of oleylamine acid/dodecanethiol and a monolayer of amphiphilic polymer. The thickness of the total organic layers is about 4 nm. The hydrodynamic size of the QDs is about 8-10 nm larger than their inorganic core size measured by TEM.
CSH is very stable in most buffer solutions in the pH range of 6-10 and can survive the autoclaving (121°C for 30 min) and lyophilization processes.

CSS is a group of heavy-metal-free Copper Indium Sulfide/Zinc Sulfide (CuInS/ZnS) or Zinc Copper Indium Sulfide/Zinc Sulfide (ZnCuInS/ZnS)core/shell quantum dots in solid form. They can be dispersed in non-polar organic solvents such as toluene or chloroform. Their surface ligand is oleymine or dodecanethiol.

TSH - Water Soluble Core Quantum Dots at 530 nm, 560 nm, 595 nm and 610 nm
TSH is a group of water soluble ZnCdTe core quantum dots with mercaptopropionic acid coating in solid form. Their reactive group is carboxylic acid. They can be dispersed in water or buffer solutions. The zeta potential of TSH is from -30 mV to -50 mV. The thickness of organic layer is less than 1 nm which is ideal QDs for FRET.
