Founded in 2004, Ocean NanoTech provides synthesis and production, as well as R&D of dispersible quantum dots and magnetic nanoparticles. Our mission is to facilitate and advance the research and development of nanomaterial-based applications through our nanotechnology platform. Since its inception, Ocean NanoTech has been awarded four Phase I and one Phase II SBIR awards from the ARMY, NIH and NSF respectively. Our core competences are:

• Conversion of hydrophobic nanoparticles to water soluble and biocompatible
